11 DAYS OF GLOBAL UNITY & THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE

The 11 Days on Global Unity is observed September 11-21 each year and highlights the call for the values, spirit, and service needed towards a Culture of Peace. The 11 Days culminates in the International Day of Peace (Sept. 21),  a globally shared date for all humanity to commit to peace above all differences and to contribute to building a Culture of Peace.

 

During this time, GlobalTexas hosts, promotes, and attends a series of events in honor of the 11 Days of Global Unity and the International Day of Peace, including a Distinguished Speaker Series event, the Capitol Peace Concert, and a service opportunity.
